Pitre's hand-selected frames are unique to each to each of his paintings, drawings or works of digital fine art. This "turn-key" solution will ensure your purchase is properly mounted, secured and framed with premium materials and craftsmanship, exceeding Fine Art industry standards. Yes, you may choose a different frame in coordination with one of our staff members. Please message us directly through the website (Contact Us) page. Please include the details of your request. We provide example images of the artwork framed to your custom request. This is considered a "Special Order;" please contact us before you make a purchase.

Shipping

Yes, domestic (United States): FREE shipping to our customers via FedEx or UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.

International (Canada): Same as above.

Everywhere Else: Buyer pays all shipping costs, duties and taxes. An additional shipping invoice must be fully paid before artwork ships overseas.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Valuations / How much is it worth?

Pitre Fine Arts does not offer appraisals, valuations, or consignment. We suggest using a certified Fine Art Appraiser for valuation purposes.

Original works of art.

If you think you own a Pitre original work of art such as an oil painting or hand drawing, message us through the website Contact us page. We respond to your message directly via email upon which we request high resolution photos and/or videos, original sales documents (if you have them), and any other relevant information associated to the artwork. Be prepared to provide us with a good contact phone number.

We throughly assess all of the documentation you provide us, then contact you directly with the results and possible next steps.
